Se on kuin kevätsiivous kehollesi. Pitkä talvi pitää usein sisällään vähemmään liikuntaa ja raskaimpia ruokia. Keväinen yrttinektari on hyvä tapa toivottaa kevät ja kesä tervetulleiksi. Anna kehollesi annos luonnon omaa lisäenergiaa! Yrttinektari sisältää nokkosia, jotka auttavat puhdistamaan maksaa kuona-aineista, sekä minttua joka lieventää tulehduksia ja tyynnyttää vatsaa. Käyttö allergioiden lievittämiseen: Lähihunaja, nokkonen ja minttu lievittävät kevätallergioita. Nokkonen toimii antihistamiinin tavoin. Minttu puolestaan sisältää allergiaoireita lievittävää rosmariinihappoa. Lähihunaja altistaa paikalliselle siitepölylle ja lisää näin sietokykyä paikallisia allergeenejä vastaan. Detox: nokkonen edistää kuona-aineiden poistumista etenkin virtsaputkesta ja maksasta.
