Ayurveda recommends performing the so-called Nasya for daily care of the nose. Apply a few drops of Ayus Taila Nasya to the nostril in the morning.

Ayurveda herbal and massage oils are obtained in a special, traditional process. A watery herbal brew is boiled in a complex process that takes days with sesame oil, often with other fats and oils such as coconut oil, nut and seed oils or ghee, until all the water has evaporated and the herbal components are absorbed by the oil.

The result is a rich, spicy smelling oil with special care and massage properties that helps balance the doshas.
