5 Virtual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions, 60 minutes each Sessions can be conducted in Finnish or English, with the option to meet in Tapiola in Espoo. Whether you're dealing with mental health problems, or simply looking to enhance your quality of life you are welcome. We begin the Short-term Therapy process with a formal agreement. Please rest assured that all discussions will remain strictly confidential. You don’t need a referral for Short-term Therapy. Typically, individuals have 5-20 sessions weekly or biweekly, but this can vary significantly depending on your specific needs and life circumstances. Anna Maija is a Cognitive Short-term Therapist. She is also a ICF accredited Coach at ACC level and an EMCC accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level with eight years of experience in Coaching. Anna Maija holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, she is a Certified Seasonal Yoga Teacher. Anna Maija possess strong expertise in adult learning, identity, and professional development. Her passion as a therapist and coach is to empower individuals in their personal growth, leading to improved mental wellbeing and success.
