4 Virtual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions, 45 minutes each. Sessions can be conducted virtually Finnish or English, with the option to meet in Keilaniemi. Whether you're dealing with mental health problems, or simply looking to enhance your quality of life you are welcome. You don’t need a referral for Brief Therapy. We begin the Brief Therapy process with a formal agreement. Please rest assured that all discussions will remain strictly confidential. After the first therapy course of four sessions, you decide how you would like to continue. Typically, individuals have 4-16 sessions weekly or biweekly, but this can vary significantly depending on your specific needs and concerns.
