Virtual Coaching session, 45 minutes.
Our session can be conducted in Finnish or English, with the option to meet in Tapiola in Espoo.
Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC), which I usually use, combines the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with coaching techniques to foster personal growth and performance enhancement. Unlike traditional coaching, CBC focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back. By addressing these underlying issues, you can develop healthier habits, improve your mindset, and achieve lasting success.

In this service you engage in sessions one by one. Typically, individuals have 3-10 sessions biweekly, but this can vary significantly depending on your specific needs and life circumstances.

The coachee is responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and achievements. From the coachee's perspective, coaching is a results-oriented self-reflection process.
