This Firstbeat Life service includes an instrument, a licence for 3 months, and once in a month Virtual 45 min Individual Coaching Session. With the App you can keep track your personal data in real time. The Firstbeat Life analytics is science-based.

Firstbeat Life describes carefully your personal stress, recovery, sleep and exercise situation. With this service you discover what’s right for you and how to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, one small change at a time. At the beginning I recommend that you make a 3 days tracking. You can continue your wellbeing journey after this 3 months Firstbeat Life service with additional months. A license is then 31,00 € (incl. ALV)/month. It is also good to have a 45 min virtual Individual Coaching session once in a while to follow up your personal wellbeing goals. One session will be then 86,80 € (incl. ALV). You are also free to have a break after 3 months. Return back when ever it is good for you. Your data will be stored in your app all the time.
