The English version of the 2-week personalized meal plan
This meal plan is like a recipe book customized especially for you. Everything will be designed for you caloric needs, liking, health limitations and your kitchen supplies. The recipes are delicious and provide all the recommended nutrients. Macro nutrients will typically be about 10% proteins, 70% carbohydrates, 20% fats. It can be fully raw, high raw, or cooked whole food plant based. It will include:

Recipes will be personalized to fit your caloric needs, preferences and health issues. After the purchase I will send you 24 questions via email, and based on the answers I create your meal plan. It takes a while for me to modify the recipes, but it will all be sent to you in an e-book form via email within a week.
