With this service, you get personal guidance right in the store β either live or via video call. Together, we'll go through the store's selection, and I'll show you: π₯¦ How to easily find nutritious and tasty options π Individual shopping tour, matching your needs (and taste!) π What's worth putting in your shopping trolley β and what you might want to cut back on π‘ Smart tips for both your health and your wallet πΏ Simple recipes via email afterwards, matching what we bought at the grocery store You will receive concrete advice tailored to your needs, habits and goals. I ask you to fill out a questionnaire before we meet, so that I know a little about what you usually buy, if you have any allergies and what you like to eat. This helps us having the best possible meeting together! ποΈπ₯¦π πWe will meet at your local grocery store or do a digital shopping session β the choice is yours! (Km-compensation will be added if we meet outside of Raseborg.) PRICE: β¬80/ hour, one meeting takes about 60 minutes. I coach in English and Swedish, depending on the client. πΊπΈπΈπͺ
