10 Virtual Coaching sessions, 45 minutes each Sessions can be conducted in Finnish or English, with the option to meet in Tapiola. Coaching is a partnership in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the coachee to fully utilize their personal and professional potential. The coach is an expert in a goal-oriented coaching and renewal process. The coachee is responsible for their own well-being, decisions, and achievements. From the coachee's perspective, coaching is a results-oriented self-reflection process. Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC), which I usually use, combines the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with coaching techniques to foster personal growth and performance enhancement. Unlike traditional coaching, CBC focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back. By addressing these underlying issues, you can develop healthier habits, improve your mindset, and achieve lasting success. I adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics in all my coaching practices. Typically, individuals have 3-10 sessions biweekly, but this can vary significantly depending on your specific needs and life circumstances. Anna Maija is an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) with seven years of experience in coaching, currently qualifying as a Cognitive Short Therapist. She holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, she is a Certified Seasonal Yoga Teacher. Anna Maija possess strong expertise in adult learning, identity, and professional development. Her passion as a coach and therapist is to empower individuals in their personal growth, leading to improved mental wellbeing and success.
