Designed for previous clients, this is a follow-up session on where you are now in your health journey and where we should focus, so that you feel energized, fresh and healthy again. πΏ My coaching is designed to create long-lasting lifestyle results β not quick fixes. Thatβs why follow-up sessions are available after a minimum of 6 months, so you first get time to integrate, grow, and build confidence. Before the meeting, you fill out a form that helps us in the right direction. The purpose of the meeting is to get a clear picture of your current health, follow up on developments since our last meeting, and see what has worked well and what we can improve further. You will get holistic support for the next step in your health journey. π (We skip Tongue and Face Analysis, it is NOT included in this package.) The meeting is online or offline (Raseborg area) - depending on the client's situation. I coach in English and Swedish, depending on the client. πΊπΈπΈπͺ π The meetings are very flexible; we can meet online or offline. The offline meetings are held in Karis, Raseborg (Finland).
