During this tailor-made follow-up, you are able to decide what topic we focus most on during the session. Is it job related? Work-life balance? Meal planning or exercise habits?

Before the meeting, you fill out a form that helps us in the right direction. Since Tongue and Face Analysis is included in this session, we will compare the pictures of the face and tongue from previous meetings, and see how it matches your health journey and where you are today, for supporting your body holistically. This gives insight from Chinese medicine combined with traditional methods, supporting you the whole way. 🩵

The meeting is online or offline (Raseborg area) - depending on the client's situation. I coach in English and Swedish, depending on the client. 🇺🇸🇸🇪
