COLINDIGO OY – PERUUTTAMISEHDOT (CANCELLATION POLICY)

Kuluttaja-asiakkaana sinulla on Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukainen oikeus peruuttaa tekemäsi tilaus 14 päivän kuluessa tavaran vastaanottamisesta ilman erityistä syytä.

1. Peruuttamisoikeuden rajoitukset

Terveys-, turvallisuus- ja hygieniasyistä peruuttamis- ja palautusoikeus ei koske puhdistuskemikaaleja, pesuaineita tai huonetuoksuja, joiden sinetti, korkki tai suojapakkaus on avattu tai jos tuotetta on kokeiltu tai käytetty. Palautettavien muiden tuotteiden (kuten mikrokuituliinojen) tulee olla täysin käyttämättömiä, muuttumattomia ja alkuperäisessä myyntipakkauksessaan.

2. Peruutusilmoituksen tekeminen

Peruuttamisoikeuden käyttämiseksi sinun on ilmoitettava meille päätöksestäsi peruuttaa sopimus yksiselitteisellä tavalla (esimerkiksi sähköpostitse) ennen 14 päivän määräajan umpeutumista.

  • Ilmoitettavat tiedot: Tilaajan nimi, tilauspäivämäärä, vastaanottopäivämäärä sekä peruutettavat tuotteet.

3. Tuotteiden palauttaminen ja kustannukset

Sinun on lähetettävä tuotteet takaisin meille viipymättä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluttua peruutusilmoituksen tekemisestä.

  • Palautuskustannukset: Asiakas vastaa itse tuotteen palauttamisesta aiheutuvista suorista postituskuluista, ellei kyseessä ole virheellinen tai viallinen tuote.
  • Lunastamattomat paketit: Paketin noutamatta jättäminen noutopisteestä ei vastaa tilauksen peruutusta. Veloitamme lunastamattomista ja meille takaisin palautuneista paketeista toteutuneet toimitus- ja palautuskulut.

4. Maksujen palauttaminen

Jos peruutat sopimuksen, palautamme kaikki sinulta saadut suoritukset (lukuun ottamatta palautuskuluja). Suoritamme palautuksen viivästymättä, kun olemme saaneet tuotteen takaisin ja tarkistaneet sen myyntikunnon. Maksu palautetaan sille maksutavalle, jota käytit alkuperäisessä ostoksessa.

As a consumer client, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any specific reason.

1. Limitations to the Right of Withdrawal

Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, the right of cancellation and return is void for cleaning chemicals, detergents, or room fragrances if their seal, cap, or protective packaging has been opened, or if the product has been tested or used. Other returned items (such as microfiber cloths) must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their pristine original sales packaging.

2. Initiating a Cancellation

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract via an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email) before the 14-day period expires.

  • Required details: Customer name, order date, date of delivery receipt, and the specific items to be canceled.

3. Returning Goods and Shipping Costs

You must send the goods back to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you submitted your cancellation notice.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering all direct postal and shipping expenses incurred from returning the items, unless the product was inherently defective or incorrect.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Simply failing to collect a package from a pickup terminal does not constitute a valid contract cancellation. We reserve the right to charge the customer for the actual delivery and return shipping expenses incurred for packages returned to us unclaimed.

4. Refunds

If you cancel the contract in compliance with these terms, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding return shipping fees). The refund will be processed without undue delay once we have received the goods back and verified they are in resalable condition. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.
