Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a structured, goal-oriented form of therapy that addresses a wide range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, stress, burnout and depression. By focusing on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, CBT empowers you to develop healthier thinking patterns and make positive changes in your life.
Whether you're dealing with mental health problems, or simply looking to enhance your quality of life you are welcome.
We begin the short therapy process with a formal agreement. Please rest assured that all discussions will remain strictly confidential.
You don’t need a referral for Short Therapy.
Typically, individuals have 5-20 sessions weekly or biweekly, but this can vary significantly depending on your specific needs and life circumstances.
