Please note that you do not receive a separate ticket, but once you receive an email receipt of your order (containing performance information and a Holvi order invoice), your place is confirmed and you only need to give your name(s) upon check-in at our ticket reception in the performance venue.
The performance venue will be clearly stated in the text of your email receipt.
NOTE that the address in the Holvi invoice is our business address and will NEVER be the performance venue. No refunds will be made for confusing performance venue with our business address.
ARRIVE IN GOOD TIME! Please note that you are expected to check-in at our ticket reception upon your arrival and at least five minutes before the show starts.
If you have not checked-in five minutes or more before the advertised commencement of the performance, we reserve the right to resell your ticket(s).
Arriving once a performance has commenced may result in refusal of entry (either completely or until the interval).
Refunds can only be considered if we are notified at least 24 hours in advance. There will be an option to swap to an alternative performance (if available). If attendance is not possible at all, a refund can be made minus a 0.50€ administration fee.
No refunds are issued if you fail to attend or arrive late at the venue listed on your email receipt and ticket.
