This store cancellation policy applies to Soup Troupe's productions.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We will issue a full refund if you send a written cancellation request through the Holvi store or to souptroupetheatre@gmail.com more than 24 hours before the start of the performance.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the performance, or through another channel than the official channels listed above, a refund may or may not be issued at our discretion.

In the event of a same-day illness, we may or may not refund you at our discretion if you cancel in writing at least five hours before the start of the performance.

DATE SWAPS

The above rules and timeframes also apply to requests for date swaps. Your tickets will only be swapped to a new date if there are still seats available.

LATECOMERS / REFUSED ADMISSION

Latecomers will not be eligible for refunds or date swaps. Refunds and date swaps will not be issued to anyone who fails to show up at the theatre, arrives after the start of the performance, or is otherwise refused admission due to age restrictions, health & safety rules, or public order concerns.
