    Tailored to your individual needs, this 2-hour postpartum support visit offers practical care, guidance and a listening ear during your recovery and transition into motherhood. Support may include breastfeeding guidance, sitz bath preparation, belly binding, space to share your birth story and discussing any concerns or questions that may be on your mind. Appointments must be scheduled with me personally in advance. As I work part-time and teach yoga classes, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement. Please complete the information form during checkout so I can prepare for your visit. If you are interested in specific services such as belly binding or yoni steaming, please let me know so I can bring the appropriate supplies and herbs.

During the following sessions, we continue to explore relevant topics based on your stage of pregnancy and personal circumstances. The aim is to help you feel informed, supported and confident throughout your pregnancy journey.\ This package is available for clients in Helsinki and Vantaa. Appointments can take place in your home or online, allowing you to receive support in the way that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
