The monographs consist of photos, text, plus English, Finnish and botanical names of flowers. The location is a beautiful pathway ending at a lake in Porvoo at Staffaksentie 38, 06200. Pick up/ drop off at central bus station is available. Kids are welcome for free. Age 14-19 -50% which can be paid on location.

Justine Cederberg, the founder and proprietor of PRASAD Nordic Ayurveda, is an Ayurvedic consultant and Herbalist. Born in Canada, she lives in Porvoo, Finland.
Her passion for the botanical realm stems from her time living and working on a farm, where she developed a practical and ever-deepening relationship with plants and herbs. Her knowledge of plants encompass both the traditional European herbal, Native American and Ayurvedic tradition.

Justine’s Ayurvedic offerings focus on "Nordic Ayurveda", taking into account the Finnish climate and Western traditional medicine. She is a professional member of the Finnish Ayurveda Association and offers consultations and treatments, both online and in person. Available in Porvoo and Helsinki.
