LOAF Beginner's Sourdough Class Date: Saturday 17 October 2026 Time: 10:30-14:30 (4 hours) Address: Asukastalo Ankkuri, Herttoniemenranta (Paasivaarankatu 6, 00810 Helsinki). Price: €100 per person Limited spots available! During the class you’ll learn starter care, dough mixing, stretch & folds, shaping, and scoring- and you’ll go home with; starter levain one pre-shaped loaf to bake at home for the next day a freshly baked sourdough made in class (prepared by yours truly). Snacks and coffee are provided (please let me know below about any food allergies at check out). Once your spot is confirmed via payment, an email will be sent detailing all the equipment you need to bring so you can continue baking at home. CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that due to the limited number of places, class bookings are non-refundable.
