During the workshop you’ll learn starter care, dough mixing, stretch & folds, shaping- and you’ll go home with;

• starter
• levain
• one pre-shaped loaf to bake at home for the next day

What else is included;

• aperitivo plate- a selection of Italian and French cheeses, jam, olives, and sourdough bread from LOAF (please note that as this is a set menu, we're unable to accommodate allergies or dietary preferences).

A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase separately.

Once your spot is confirmed via payment, an email will be sent detailing all the equipment you need to bring to the class so you can continue baking at home.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that due to the limited number of places, class bookings are non-refundable.

If you are sick or unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person.
