2. Käsiteltävät henkilötiedot

Voimme käsitellä verkkokaupan asiakkaista seuraavia tietoja:

• nimi
• sähköpostiosoite ja puhelinnumero
• laskutus- ja toimitusosoite
• tilaus-, tuote-, toimitus- ja maksutiedot
• asiakkaan lähettämät viestit ja asiakaspalvelutiedot
• mahdolliset palautus-, peruutus- ja reklamaatiotiedot
• verkkokaupan käytöstä muodostuvat välttämättömät tekniset tiedot.

Liida do Oy ei tallenna asiakkaan täydellisiä maksukortti- tai verkkopankkitietoja. Maksut käsitellään Holvin ja sen käyttämien maksupalveluntarjoajien järjestelmissä.

3. Henkilötietojen käyttötarkoitukset ja oikeusperusteet

Henkilötietoja käsitellään:

• tilausten vastaanottamiseen, maksamiseen, toimittamiseen ja hallintaan
• sopimuksen täyttämiseen
• asiakaspalveluun ja reklamaatioiden käsittelyyn
• palautusten ja peruutusten käsittelyyn
• kirjanpito- ja muiden lakisääteisten velvoitteiden täyttämiseen
• väärinkäytösten ehkäisemiseen ja oikeusvaateiden käsittelyyn
• asiakkaan suostumuksella sähköiseen markkinointiin.

Käsittelyn oikeusperusteina ovat sopimuksen tekeminen ja täyttäminen, lakisääteisten velvoitteiden noudattaminen, rekisterinpitäjän oikeutettu etu sekä tarvittaessa asiakkaan suostumus.

4. Tietolähteet

Tiedot saadaan pääasiassa asiakkaalta tilauksen, maksamisen, yhteydenoton tai asiakaspalveluasioinnin yhteydessä. Tietoja voidaan saada myös Holvilta ja tilauksen maksamiseen tai toimittamiseen osallistuvilta palveluntarjoajilta.

5. Tietojen vastaanottajat

Tietoja voidaan käsitellä tai luovuttaa siinä laajuudessa kuin se on tarpeen seuraaville tahoille:

• Holvi ja sen käyttämät maksupalveluntarjoajat
• pankit ja muut maksujen käsittelyyn osallistuvat tahot
• posti- ja kuljetuspalvelut
• kirjanpito- ja taloushallintopalvelut
• verkkokaupan, sähköpostin ja muiden IT-palvelujen tarjoajat
• viranomaiset, jos laki sitä edellyttää.

Emme myy asiakkaiden henkilötietoja.

Palveluntarjoajat käsittelevät tietoja omien tietosuojakäytäntöjensä tai Liida do Oy:n kanssa tehtyjen sopimusten mukaisesti.

6. Tietojen siirrot EU- ja ETA-alueen ulkopuolelle

Osa käyttämistämme palveluntarjoajista voi käsitellä henkilötietoja EU- tai ETA-alueen ulkopuolella. Tällöin tietojen siirrossa käytetään sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisia suojatoimia, kuten Euroopan komission hyväksymiä vakiosopimuslausekkeita.

7. Tietojen säilyttäminen

Tilaus-, laskutus- ja kirjanpitoaineistoa säilytetään kirjanpitolainsäädännön ja muiden lakisääteisten velvoitteiden edellyttämän ajan.

Muita asiakastietoja säilytetään vain niin kauan kuin niiden käsittely on tarpeen tässä selosteessa kuvattuihin tarkoituksiin tai mahdollisten oikeusvaateiden käsittelyyn.

Markkinointia varten käsiteltäviä tietoja säilytetään, kunnes asiakas peruuttaa suostumuksensa tai vastustaa markkinointia.

8. Rekisteröidyn oikeudet

Sovellettavan tietosuojalainsäädännön mukaisesti asiakkaalla voi olla oikeus:

• saada tietoa henkilötietojensa käsittelystä
• tarkastaa itseään koskevat tiedot
• pyytää virheellisten tai puutteellisten tietojen oikaisemista
• pyytää tietojen poistamista lain sallimissa tilanteissa
• pyytää käsittelyn rajoittamista
• vastustaa oikeutettuun etuun perustuvaa käsittelyä
• saada itse toimittamansa tiedot koneellisesti luettavassa muodossa
• peruuttaa suostumuksensa milloin tahansa
• tehdä valitus tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle.

9. Tietoturva

Henkilötietoja suojataan asianmukaisin teknisin ja organisatorisin toimenpitein. Tietoihin pääsevät vain henkilöt ja palveluntarjoajat, jotka tarvitsevat niitä tehtäviensä hoitamiseen.

2. Personal data we process

We may process the following personal data relating to online store customers:

• name
• email address and telephone number
• billing and delivery address
• order, product, delivery and payment information
• messages and customer service information
• return, withdrawal and complaint information
• essential technical information generated through use of the online store.

Liida do Oy does not store complete payment card or online banking credentials. Payments are processed through the systems of Holvi and its payment service providers.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Personal data is processed for:

• receiving, processing, delivering and managing orders
• entering into and performing a contract
• providing customer service and handling complaints
• processing returns and withdrawals
• complying with accounting and other legal obligations
• preventing misuse and establishing or defending legal claims
• sending electronic marketing where the customer has provided consent.

The legal bases for processing are entering into and performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, the legitimate interests of the controller and, where applicable, the customer’s consent.

4. Sources of personal data

Personal data is primarily obtained from the customer when an order is placed, a payment is made or the customer contacts us. Information may also be received from Holvi and service providers involved in processing payments or delivering orders.

5. Recipients of personal data

Where necessary, personal data may be processed by or disclosed to:

• Holvi and its payment service providers
• banks and other payment-processing parties
• postal and delivery service providers
• accounting and financial administration service providers
• online store, email and other IT service providers
• public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell customers’ personal data.

Service providers process personal data according to their own privacy policies or agreements concluded with Liida do Oy.

6. Transfers outside the EU and EEA

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law are used, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention of personal data

Order, invoicing and accounting records are retained for the periods required by accounting legislation and other legal obligations.

Other customer information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Information processed for marketing purposes is retained until the customer withdraws their consent or objects to the marketing.

8. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

• receive information about the processing of your personal data
• access your personal data
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• request deletion where permitted by law
• request restriction of processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interests
• receive data you have provided in a machine-readable format
• withdraw your consent at any time
• lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.

9. Data security

Personal data is protected using appropriate technical and organisational measures. Access is limited to persons and service providers who need the information to perform their duties.
