Toimitusehdot

Toimituskulut ovat 3,90€ kaikkiin tilauksiin. Tilausten toimitusaika on 3-7 työpäivää tilauksen tekemisestä.

Kaikki tilaukset toimitetaan pääsääntöisesti kirjeenä suoraan kotiin. Mikäli tilauksen koko ylittää tavallisen kirjelähetyksen mittarajat, se toimitetaan lähimpään postiin tai pakettiautomaattiin.

Tällä hetkellä toimitukset ovat mahdollisia vain Suomeen. Jos kuitenkin olet kiinnostunut tilaamaan tuotteitamme muualle, ota yhteyttä meihin osoitteessa contact(a)katjaraski.com.

Pidätämme oikeuden tilauksen perumiseen, mikäli toimitusta ei voidakaan taata sovitusti. Tällaisissa tilanteissa yritämme kuitenkin ensisijaisesti ottaa yhteyttä asiakkaaseen tilanteen selvittämiseksi parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla.

Palautukset

Myyntikelpoisilla tuotteilla on kuluttajasuojalain mukainen 14 vuorokauden palautusoikeus tilauksen vastaanottamispäivämäärästä. Kaikista palautuksista on sovittava aina etukäteen ottamalla yhteyttä osoitteeseen contact(a)katjaraski.com.

Palautettavien tuotteiden on oltava alkuperäisessä kunnossaan. Vain palautettavien tuotteiden hinta korvataan, ei alkuperäisiä toimituskuluja eikä palautuksen tekemisestä aiheutuvia kuluja.

Reklamaatiot & Vialliset tuotteet

Lähetyksen sisältö tulee tarkastaa välittömästi paketin saavuttua. Mikäli paketin sisältö ei vastaa tehtyä tilausta tai tuotteet ovat vahingoittuneet kuljetuksessa, asiasta on ilmoitettava pikimmiten osoitteeseen contact(a)katjaraski.com, mielellään kuvien kera, jotta tapaus voidaan selvittää niin sujuvasti kuin mahdollista.

Delivery terms

Delivery cost of all orders is 3,90€. Delivery time is 3-7 working days after placing the order.

All orders are delivered mainly as letters to the delivery address. If the order exceeds the size limits of general letter delivery, it will be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel locker.

** CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TIME: **

** Delivery time for card orders in December is 3 business days. If you want to send your cards in red christmas mailing envelope with lower cost christmas stamps, please place your order latest on 9th of December, to receive your cards in time. **

Currently, we only offer delivery to Finland. If you are interested in ordering our products to any other country, email us at contact(a)katjaraski.com.

We reserve the right to cancel the order, if the delivery cannot be guaranteed as agreed. In these situations, however, we will first try to contact the customer to solve the issue in the best possible way.

Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw the order within 14 days of receiving it. All returns must be agreed upon beforehand by emailing us at contact(a)katjaraski.com.

All products must be in their original condition for a return to be valid. Only the price of the products will be refunded, not the original delivery costs or costs related to returning the product(s).

Claims & Faulty goods

Check the content of the delivered parcel immediately upon its arrival. If the content of the parcel does not correspond to the placed order, or the products have been damaged during delivery, inform us without delay by emailing us at contact(a)katjaraski.com, preferably with pictures, so that the issue can be solved as smoothly as possible.
