Rekisteri- ja tietosuojaseloste

Tämä on yrityksen Katja Raski (2920371-7) Suomen henkilötietolain (10 ja 24 §) ja EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukainen rekisteri- ja tietosuojaseloste. Laadittu 21.05.2020. Viimeisin muutos tehty 08.07.2020.

Yritys kerää ja ylläpitää tilaustietoihin pohjautuvaa asiakasrekisteriä, jonka tarkoituksena on varmistaa erinomainen palvelutaso ja sen kehittäminen sekä hyvin toimiva tilausten käsittely, toimitus ja arkistointi. Yrityksen keräämiä tietoja ovat nimi-, yhteys-, ja maksutiedot. Tietojen keräämisen ja käsittelyn perusteena on asiakkaan tilauksen yhteydessä siihen antama erillinen suostumus.

Asiakasrekisteritietoihin on pääsy vain yrityksen omistajalla sekä palveluntarjoajalla (Holvi Payment Services Ltd). Tietoja saatetaan siirtää palvelun ja toimitusten takaamiseksi luotetuille kumppaneille (“kolmansille osapuolille”), kuten kuljetusliikkeelle tai maksunvälittäjälle.

Rekisterin käsittelyssä noudatetaan erityistä huolellisuutta, ja sen sisältämät tiedot suojataan asianmukaisesti. Rekisterinpitäjä huolehtii siitä, että tallennettuja tietoja ja niiden käyttöoikeuksia käsitellään luottamuksellisesti ja vain niiden työntekijöiden toimesta, joiden osalta se katsotaan välttämättömäksi.

Jokaisella rekisterissä olevalla henkilöllä on oikeus saada tarkistaa rekisteriin tallennetut tietonsa ja vaatia mahdollisen virheellisen tiedon oikaisua tai puutteellisen tiedon täydentämistä. Rekisterissä olevalla henkilöllä on myös oikeus pyytää häntä koskevien henkilötietojen poistamista rekisteristä ("oikeus tulla unohdetuksi"). Tällaisella henkilöllä on lisäksi kaikki muut EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaiset oikeudet, kuten henkilötietojen käsittelyn rajoittaminen tietyissä tilanteissa.

Rekisterissä olevien tietojen tarkistusta, oikaisua, täydentämistä, poistamista tai rajoittamista koskevat pyynnöt tulee lähettää rekisterinpitäjälle sähköpostitse osoitteeseen contact(a)katjaraski.com. Rekisterinpitäjä voi tarvittaessa vaatia pyynnön esittäjää todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä. Rekisterinpitäjä vastaa kuhunkin pyyntöön EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksessa säädetyssä ajassa (pääsääntöisesti kuukauden kuluessa).

Privacy Policy

This is the Privacy Policy of the company Katja Raski (2920371-7) in compliance with the Finnish Personal Data Act (10 and 24 §) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Written on May 21, 2020. Latest change made on Jul 8, 2020.

The company collects and maintains a customer register based on order information to ensure an excellent level of service and its development, as well as well-functioning handling, delivery and archiving of orders. Information collected by the company are name, contact and payment information. The collection and handling of information is justified by the customer’s explicit consent given during ordering.

Only the owner of the company and the service provider (Holvi Payment Services Ltd) have access to the customer register data. To ensure service and deliveries, this data may be handed to trusted partners (“third-parties”), such as the delivery service or the payment provider.

The register is handled with utmost care, and its information is protected appropriately. The keeper of the register ensures that stored information and access rights to such information are handled confidentially and only by those employees to whom it is deemed essential to access said information.

Every person in the register has the right to review their information and demand correction of potentially incorrect information or supplement insufficient information. A person on the register also has the right to request removing their information from the register (“the right to be forgotten”). Such person also has all other rights stated in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as restricting the handling of their information in certain situations.

All requests to review, revise, supplement, delete or restrict handling of information stored in the register must be sent to the keeper of the register by email to contact(a)katjaraski.com. The keeper of the register may, if necessary, demand the sender of the request to prove their identity. The keeper of the register will answer each request in the time period prescribed in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually within a month).
