One Day Choir Helsinki on tapahtuma, jossa joukko toisilleen tuntemattomia ihmisiä kokoontuu muodostamaan kuoron yhden päivän ajaksi. Päivän aikana lauletaan, improvisoidaan ja opetellaan yhteinen moniääninen sovitus.

Osallistumisehdot

Lippu on henkilökohtainen. Ostos on sitova eikä osallistumismaksua palauteta osallistujan peruessa osallistumisensa. Mikäli tapahtuma peruuntuu järjestäjästä johtuvista syistä, osallistumismaksu palautetaan kokonaisuudessaan.

Blackbiird-sovitus ja harjoitusmateriaalit

Osallistumismaksu sisältää Blackbiird-sovituksen nuotit ja harjoitusäänitteet tapahtumaa varten. Materiaalit ovat osallistujien käytössä valmistautumiseen ja tapahtumaan osallistumiseen, eikä niitä saa jakaa tai käyttää muissa yhteyksissä ilman sovituksen tekijän lupaa. Mahdollisesta muusta käytöstä sovittava erikseen sovittaja Kenter Daviesin kanssa.

Osallistujan vakuutus

Osallistuja vastaa omasta vakuutusturvastaan tapahtuman aikana.

Kuvaaminen

Tapahtumassa otetaan valokuvia ja videomateriaalia dokumentointi- ja viestintäkäyttöön. Mikäli et halua näkyä kuvissa tai videoilla, ilmoitathan siitä tapahtuman alussa ohjaajille.

One Day Choir Helsinki is a participatory music event where a group of strangers comes together to form a choir for a single day. During the event, participants sing, improvise, and learn a shared multi-part arrangement.

Terms and Conditions

Ticket purchases are binding. Participation fees are non-refundable if the participant cancels their attendance. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the participation fee will be refunded in full.

Blackbiird Arrangement and Practice Materials

Your participation fee includes access to the Blackbird arrangement, sheet music and rehearsal recordings for the purpose of preparing for and participating in One Day Choir Helsinki. These materials are provided exclusively for this event and may not be shared, distributed, performed, or used in other contexts without permission from the arranger. Any use outside the event must be agreed separately with the arranger, Kenter Davies.

Participant Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage during the event.

Photography and Video Recording

Photographs and video recordings will be taken during the event for documentation, communication and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings, please inform the facilitators at the beginning of the event.
