Creative Voice Shop myy valmennuspalveluja, valmennusohjelmia, konserttilippuja sekä tapahtumia. Ostot ovat pääsääntöisesti sitovia. Tuotekohtaiset peruutus- ja palautusehdot on kuvattu alla:
Ilmoittautuminen One Day Choir Helsinki -tapahtumaan on sitova. Lippuja ei voi peruuttaa, vaihtaa tai palauttaa oston jälkeen. Kaikki myynnit ovat lopullisia.
Osallistumismaksua ei voi peruuttaa, vaihtaa tai palauttaa oston jälkeen. Kaikki myynnit ovat lopullisia.
Mikäli et pääse osallistumaan tapahtumaan, voit halutessasi siirtää osallistumisoikeutesi toiselle henkilölle ilmoittamalla siitä etukäteen Creative Voice Shopille.
Mikäli Creative Voice Shop peruuttaa tapahtuman, osallistumismaksu palautetaan kokonaisuudessaan tai osallistujalle tarjotaan mahdollisuus siirtää osallistumisensa myöhempään One Day Choir Helsinki -tapahtumaan.
Kaikki konsertti- ja tapahtumalippujen ostot ovat sitovia. Lippuja ei voi peruuttaa, vaihtaa tai palauttaa oston jälkeen. Kaikki myynnit ovat lopullisia.
Mikäli tapahtuma perutaan Creative Voice Shopin toimesta, lipun hinta palautetaan kokonaisuudessaan tai asiakkaalle tarjotaan mahdollisuus käyttää lippu korvaavaan tapahtumaan.
Jos tapahtuman ajankohta muuttuu, lippu on voimassa uudelle päivämäärälle. Mikäli uusi ajankohta ei sovi, ota yhteyttä mahdollisten vaihtoehtojen selvittämiseksi.
Yksittäisen valmennuksen voi peruuttaa 14 päivän kuluessa ostopäivästä ja kauppahinta palautetaan, mikäli:
osto on tehty vähintään 30 päivää ennen sovittua valmennusaikaa, ja
palvelun suorittamista ei ole vielä aloitettu (esimerkiksi ennakkomateriaaleja ei ole toimitettu eikä valmennusta ole pidetty).
Esimerkki: Jos ostat valmennuksen 1.8. ja valmennus järjestetään 15.9., voit peruuttaa ostoksen viimeistään 15.8. ja saat maksun takaisin, koska peruutus tehdään 14 päivän kuluessa ostosta ja valmennukseen on edelleen yli 30 päivää.
Jos ostat valmennuksen 20.8. ja valmennus järjestetään 15.9., ostosta ei voi enää peruuttaa, vaikka tekisit peruutuspyynnön seuraavana päivänä, koska valmennuksen alkamiseen on alle 30 päivää.
Kun peruuttamisoikeus on päättynyt, ostos on sitova.
Jos haluat siirtää sovittua valmennusaikaa, ilmoitathan siitä vähintään 24 tuntia ennen sovittua tapaamisaikaa. Vähintään 24 tuntia etukäteen tehdyt siirtopyynnöt voidaan hyväksyä saatavuuden mukaan.
Jos peruutus- tai siirtopyyntö tehdään alle 24 tuntia ennen sovittua aikaa tai jätät saapumatta valmennukseen ilman ennakkoilmoitusta, valmennuskerta katsotaan käytetyksi.
Valmennusohjelman tai valmennussarjan voi peruuttaa 14 päivän kuluessa ostopäivästä ja saada maksun takaisin, mikäli:
osto on tehty vähintään 30 päivää ennen ohjelman tai valmennuksen alkamista, ja
palvelun suorittamista ei ole vielä aloitettu (esimerkiksi ennakkomateriaaleja ei ole toimitettu eikä valmennus ole käynnistynyt).

Valmennusohjelman hinta perustuu kokonaisuuteen ja sen sisältöön, eikä yksittäisten valmennustapaamisten määrään.
Jos ohjelmaan sisältyvä henkilökohtainen valmennustapaaminen halutaan siirtää, siitä tulee ilmoittaa vähintään 24 tuntia ennen sovittua aikaa. Vähintään 24 tuntia etukäteen tehdyt siirtopyynnöt voidaan hyväksyä saatavuuden mukaan. Tätä myöhemmin perutut tai väliin jääneet tapaamiset katsotaan käytetyiksi.
Käyttämättömät valmennustunnit ovat voimassa ostohetkellä ilmoitetun ajan, jonka jälkeen ne vanhenevat.
Mikäli ohjelma maksetaan osissa, maksuerät ovat sovittu maksutapa eivätkä kuukausittain irtisanottava tilaus. Asiakas sitoutuu maksamaan kaikki sovitut maksuerät ohjelman loppuun saakka.
Kuluttajansuojalain mukaan etämyynnissä on yleensä 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeus. Tätä oikeutta ei kuitenkaan sovelleta esimerkiksi:
tiettynä ajankohtana järjestettäviin vapaa-ajan palveluihin tai tapahtumalippuihin; tai
palveluihin, joiden suorittaminen on aloitettu asiakkaan nimenomaisella suostumuksella ja joissa asiakas on hyväksynyt peruuttamisoikeuden päättymisen palvelun alettua tai tultua kokonaan suoritetuksi.

Creative Voice Shop offers coaching services, coaching programmes, concert tickets, and events. Purchases are generally binding. Product-specific cancellation and refund terms are set out below.
Registration for One Day Choir Helsinki is binding.
Registrations cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after purchase. All sales are final.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying Creative Voice Shop in advance.
If Creative Voice Shop cancels the event, you will receive either:
a full refund, or
the opportunity to transfer your registration to a future One Day Choir Helsinki event.
All concert and event ticket purchases are binding. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after purchase. All sales are final.
If Creative Voice Shop cancels an event, you will receive either:
a full refund, or
the opportunity to use your ticket for a replacement event.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, please contact Creative Voice Shop to discuss the available options.
An individual coaching session may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase and the purchase price will be refunded, provided that:
the coaching session is scheduled to take place at least 30 days after the purchase date, and
the service has not yet begun (for example, no pre-session materials have been provided and the coaching session has not taken place).
Example: If you purchase a coaching session on 1 August and your session is scheduled for 15 September, you may cancel your purchase no later than 15 August and receive a full refund, as the cancellation is made within 14 days of purchase and the coaching session is still more than 30 days away.
If you purchase a coaching session on 20 August for a session taking place on 15 September, the purchase cannot be cancelled, even if you request cancellation the following day, because the coaching session is less than 30 days away.
Once the withdrawal period has expired, the purchase becomes binding.
If you need to reschedule your coaching session, you must give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. Requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be accommodated, subject to availability.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the coaching session will be considered used.
A coaching package or coaching programme may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase and the purchase price will be refunded, provided that:
the purchase was made at least 30 days before the programme or coaching package begins, and
the service has not yet begun (for example, no pre-programme materials have been provided and the programme has not started).
Example: If you purchase a coaching programme on 1 August and it begins on 15 September, and no pre-programme materials have been provided, you may cancel your purchase no later than 15 August and receive a full refund, as the cancellation is made within 14 days of purchase and the programme is still more than 30 days away.
If you purchase a coaching programme on 20 August and it begins on 15 September, the purchase cannot be cancelled, even if you request cancellation the following day, because the programme starts in less than 30 days.
If the above conditions are met, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. In all other cases, purchases are binding and non-refundable.
Once the withdrawal period has expired, enrolment in a 3–24 month coaching programme is binding for the full duration of the programme.
The programme fee covers the coaching programme as a whole and is not based solely on the number of coaching sessions attended.
If you need to reschedule an individual coaching session included in your programme, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment. Requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be accommodated, subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without prior notice will be considered used.
Unused coaching hours remain valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and expire after that period.
If the programme is paid in instalments, the instalment plan is a payment arrangement only and does not constitute a monthly subscription. The customer remains responsible for paying all agreed instalments for the full duration of the programme.
Under EU consumer protection legislation, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply, or may cease to apply, for example:
where the purchase concerns leisure services or event tickets for a specific date or period; or
where the performance of a service has begun with the customer's prior express consent and the customer has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has begun or has been fully performed.
