DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

The products will be delivered to the nearest post office, mail delivery point or Matkahuolto's delivery point where products can be picked up. Letters are delivered to the mailing address. The customer can choose a delivery address different from the billing address.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is usually 1-7 days for Europe and 1-2 weeks to other countries. Exceptionally, the delivery time may be longer, for example, if the product has run out of stock. If the delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible with a new estimated delivery time.

woodindustrybooks.com is not responsible for delivery delays or errors due to unforeseen force majeure. However, in these very rare cases, we will immediately contact the customer.

Also, we will not be responsible if we don't receive the customer's order due to technical issues with the networks or communications.

ORDERING ONLINE

The customer orders by adding items to the shopping cart. At checkout, the customer chooses a payment method credit/debit card, and enters the address details. At checkout, the customer also sees shipping costs before the final payment.

The customer can order products as a guest or as a logged in user. The order is binding when the payment transaction is approved. The customer receives an order confirmation and an email when the order is shipped. The shipment can be tracked using the tracking code provided.

Normally, you will be able to order only available products. However, we do not guarantee that the selected products will be available even when added to the shopping cart. RETURNS
