General These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the online store operated by Sophia Christ Holding Oy (Business ID: FI34390617). The seller is Sophia Christ Holding Oy, located at Vuolahdentie 324, 21620 Kuusisto, Finland. Products are delivered in accordance with these terms to customers in Finland and internationally. 2. Products and Prices Our store primarily offers books and digital publications, but may also include services, event access, or physical shipping fees. All prices include Finnish VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. For orders delivered outside the EU, export sales are VAT-exempt (0%). 3. Payment Payments are processed securely through Holvi’s payment system. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, online bank payments, or other methods provided by Holvi. 4. Orders and Delivery Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Products are delivered either by standard letter post or courier, depending on destination and product type. Items may be shipped from Finland or directly from our printing partner (e.g. the United Kingdom), depending on availability and fulfillment location. 5. Shipping and Handling Fees Shipping and possible handling fees are clearly stated before payment. These may include packaging, handling, and international logistics costs, and are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method selected. 6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns Physical products come with a 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning on the day the product is received. Digital products are non-refundable once the customer has given consent for delivery to begin. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
