Verkkokauppa

Sari Kettunen Art, y-tunnus 1775462-6 myy tuotteita täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille ja yrityksille Suomessa. Hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin.

Tilaaminen

Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupassa siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö kassapalvelussa. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun kuin tilauksen toimittamiseen tai siinä ilmenevien epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.

Maksaminen

Verkkokaupan maksujenvälityksen toteuttaa Holvi Payment Services Oy (y-tunnus 2193756-4) yhteistyössä pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Palvelun käyttö ei vaadi rekisteröitymistä tai lisämaksujen suorittamista. Maksusi kirjautuu välittömästi suoritetuksi kauppiaalle ja sähköpostiisi lähetetään vahvistusviesti. Holvi Payment Services Oy:llä on Finanssivalvonnan myöntämä maksulaitoksen toimilupa.

Verkkopankkien verkkomaksupainikkeet Käytössäsi on seuraavat suomalaisten pankkien verkkomaksupainikkeet: Nordea, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, POP pankki, Oma säästöpankki

Korttimaksut

Käytössäsi on seuraavat korttimaksupainikkeet: Visa, MasterCard

Tilaus- ja maksuvahvistus

Onnistuneen tilauksen jälkeen sähköpostiisi lähetetään tilausvahvistus. Vahvistusviestien lähettäminen edellyttää sähköpostiosoitteen antamista tilauksen yhteydessä.

Toimitustapa ja -kulut

Toimituskulu Suomeen sisältyy tuotteen hintaan. Toimitamme tilaukset kirjeenä tai pakettina Posti Group Oyj:n (y-tunnus 1531864-4) välityksellä. Kun tuote toimitetaan postipakettina, lähetetään lähetyksen seurantakoodi asiakkaan sähköpostiosoitteeseen.

Toimitusaika

Toimitusaikamme Suomeen on 1-3 arkipäivää +postin kulkuaika, ellei tuotteen kohdalla toisin mainita. Emme vastaa ylivoimaisen esteen aiheuttamista viivästymisistä tai viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä haitoista.

Vaihto- ja palautusehdot

Sinulla on Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukainen oikeus vaihtaa tai palauttaa koko tilauksesi tai osa siitä 14 vuorokauden kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkauksessa olevia käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita. Palautus on ilmainen asiakkaillemme Suomessa. Palauttaessasi toimitetun tilauksen, liitä siihen mukaan nimesi ja yhteystietosi sekä tilinumerosi rahojen palautusta varten.

Ongelmatilanteet

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa. Jos paketti on vioittunut postissa, on tuotteesta tehtävä välittömästi reklamaatio postiin.

Sari Kettunen Art, Business ID FI17754626 sells products to private persons and companies within Finland. All prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.

Placing an order

You can order products on the web store’s site by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving possible issues with the order. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.

Paying for your order

The payment service between vendors and consumers is offered by Holvi Payment Services Oy (Business ID 2193756-4) in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. Holvi Payment Services Oy is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.

Delivery and costs

The price of the product includes delivery costs. The orders will be delivered by Posti Group Oyj:n (Business ID 1531864-4). We deliver orders as registered or unregistered mail, of which registered mail is trackable with a tracking code which is send to you by e-mail.

Delivery time

Our usual delivery time within Finland is 1-3 business days +mail transit time, unless otherwise stated in the product sheet. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery.

Terms for product exchanges and returns

You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing. Returns are free of charge for our customers in Finland. Problem situations

In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
