Booking and cancellation terms and conditions

1. Release of Mainful and its personnel from liability: I choose to practice Mainful events, practices and exercises at my own risk. I am aware of all the risks inherent in the physical training offered and the program of the retreats/events at Mainful, such as yoga, forest walks, sauna I announce that I am releasing Mainful and its representatives from all responsibility in case my health or property is harmed in the premises that Mainful books for their events, practices and exercises.

2. Customer’s cancellation policy for retreats and events organized by Mainful: All cancellations must be sent in written form to chiara.mainful@gmail.com and the cancellation is valid from the date of receiving the email. If cancellation happens for a non-medical reason at least 25+ days in advance of the retreat/event start date, we will return the retreat/event price, but withhold a 25% booking/admin fee. If retreat payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 25% of the full price will be sent. 24 - 3 days in advance of the retreat/event start date, will withhold 50% of the retreat/event price. If retreat/event payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 50% of retreat/event price will be sent. This is due to the fact that late cancellations often do not get resold. 2 - 0 days days in advance of the retreat/event start date, we will withhold 80% of the retreat/event price. If retreat payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 80% of retreat/event price will be sent.

If you are canceling your retreat/event booking due to a medical reason such as injury or and sudden illness we will return your retreat/event booking price in full. In order or to be eligible for this return due to a medical reason a valid note/report from a doctor.

1. Cancellation of booking by Mainful:
   In case of a extraordinary event (force majeure) or a low number of participants Mainful has the right to cancel an event (retreat etc.). Mainful will immediately inform all customers who have made a booking and any and all payments shall be returned to the customer.
