All cancellations must be sent in written form to chiara.mainful@gmail.com and the cancellation is valid from the date of receiving the email. If cancellation happens for a non-medical reason at least 25+ days in advance of the event start date, we will return the event price, but withhold a 25% booking/admin fee. If event payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 25% of the full price will be sent. 24 - 3 days in advance of the event start date, will withhold 50% of the event price. If event payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 50% of event price will be sent. This is due to the fact that late cancellations often do not get resold. 2 - 0 days days in advance of the event start date, we will withhold 80% of the event price. If event payment is not yet paid, an invoice for 80% of event price will be sent.
If you are canceling your event booking due to a medical reason such as injury or and sudden illness we will return your event booking price in full. In order or to be eligible for this return due to a medical reason a valid note/report from a doctor.
Cancellation of booking by Mainful:\ In case of a extraordinary event (force majeure) or a low number of participants Mainful has the right to cancel an event. Mainful will immediately inform all customers who have made a booking and any and all payments shall be returned to the customer.
