Self-Defense course 3/3, which includes the following 10 techniques: Basic defense against from the breast two hands, Basic defense against neck loop, Defense against cloth seize, X-defense, Elbow Strike, Down-kick, Back-kick, Basic defense against chokes on the ground from the side, Basic defense against chokes on the ground from between the legs, Basic defense against defense on the ground, moving and getting up. The 30 self-defense basics course techniques are divided into three sections. Each section has 10 techniques and at the end of the section a combination tip for practicing combinations.
