Self-Defense course 1/3, which includes the following 10 techniques: Basic defense against wrist, Basic defense against across wrist, Choke from the front, Elbow chokes from the behind, Defense against cloth seize (twisting), S-block, Boxing parry, Palm bottom strike, Palm edge strike and Front-kick. The 30 self-defense basics course techniques are divided into three sections. Each section has 10 techniques and at the end of the section a combination tip for practicing combinations.
