Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective Date: 2 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the online store operated by Cutiemags Oy ("Cutiemags", "we", "our", or "us"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers and business customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
- Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• you are at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.
However:
• colours may vary depending on your device or monitor;
• product dimensions may vary slightly;
• packaging may differ from illustrations.
Minor variations shall not constitute a defect.
- Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:
• offer a comparable replacement;
• delay shipment until stock is replenished;
• cancel the unavailable part of the order;
• issue a full or partial refund.
- Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Prices include applicable VAT where legally required.
Shipping charges, customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are displayed separately during checkout or remain the responsibility of the customer where required by local legislation.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.
- Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are subject to applicable VAT legislation.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:
• customs duties;
• import taxes;
• brokerage fees;
• local VAT or sales taxes.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Ordering Process
After submitting an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email.
This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed only when we dispatch the ordered goods or explicitly confirm acceptance.
- Payment
Payments are securely processed through Holvi and its authorised payment partners.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
We do not store complete payment card information.
Orders remain our property until payment has been received in full.
- Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order where fraud, misuse or unauthorised payment activity is reasonably suspected.
Additional identity verification may be requested where necessary.
- Shipping
We deliver to countries listed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Delays caused by:
• customs inspections;
• carriers;
• severe weather;
• strikes;
• public authorities;
• force majeure;
do not constitute a breach of contract.
Risk passes to consumers upon delivery.
- Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping charges caused by incorrect information may be charged to the customer.
- Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect delivered goods without undue delay.
Visible transport damage should be reported both to the carrier and to Cutiemags as soon as reasonably possible.
Failure to notify immediately does not remove statutory consumer rights but may affect claims against the carrier.
- Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from distance purchase contracts within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies.

- Defective Products
Customers are entitled to statutory remedies where products are defective under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where appropriate we may:
• repair the product;
• replace the product;
• provide a partial refund;
• provide a full refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to:
• logos;
• product photographs;
• graphics;
• illustrations;
• product descriptions;
• texts;
• trademarks;
• software;
• website design;
is owned by or licensed to Cutiemags Oy and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
- User Conduct
You agree not to:
• use the website for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with website security;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• upload malicious software;
• misuse customer accounts;
• infringe intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.
- Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to mandatory law, Cutiemags Oy shall not be liable for:
• indirect losses;
• consequential damages;
• loss of profit;
• business interruption;
• loss of business opportunity;
• data loss.
Our total liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the purchase price of the affected order.
- Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• natural disasters;
• pandemics;
• war;
• terrorism;
• governmental restrictions;
• cyber attacks;
• telecommunications failures;
• labour disputes;
• transportation disruptions.
Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable.
- Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that personal data must be processed in order to fulfil the contract.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Cutiemags Oy concerning purchases made through our online store.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding conflict of law rules.
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's country of residence shall remain unaffected where required by law.
- Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, consumers may seek assistance from their national consumer protection authority or pursue remedies through the competent courts as provided by applicable law.
Business customers agree that disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland unless otherwise agreed.
- Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms where necessary due to:
• legal or regulatory changes;
• changes to our business operations;
• improvements to our services.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase shall apply to that purchase unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
