    Zestii co-founder, Minaë, whose creative Onigiri lunch is served regularly at Zestii Kitchen, teams up with rising Japanese food enthusiast Seiichiro to made a “bento” box full of Japanese picnic essentials. Seiichiro is making “inari-sushi” - a variation of sushi, wrapped in a soft pillow of deep fried and braised, seasoned tofu. Seiichiro keeps the top of inari “open” and add delicious toppings. Minaë adds onigiris and add bites of side dishes to munch between onigiri &inari-sushi. Both chefs have eclectic influence from global cuisine, and apply them to add a twist to Japanese classics.
