This week we have two chefs offering different style of food.
Holly is a passionate cook interested in cooking styles from around the world. She has been influenced particularly by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and French cuisines which have many wonderful recipes using seasonal vegetables. Those vegetables are the stars of her menus this week!
Minae has bottomless appetite for exploring the world through food. When she cooks, inspiration comes from all she has tasted, but her home, Japan and neighbouring East and Southeast Asian countries are always the biggest influence. While using Japanese and Asian basic seasonings, she sources as much locally produced ingredients as possible in order to minimise carbon footprint.
