Any items in this shop are handmade, either totally unique or a part of a small batch of that particular design. Either way each piece is unique and shows the signs of artisan work. This means that small imperfections might occur and should be treated as a part of the charm of handmade.

Metal clay items are made for wearing and should withstand regular use. In the case Viitasalla Design jewellery breaks please contact viitasalla@gmail.com asap. The possible refund or repairment of broken items will be evalued case by case depending on the period the jewellery has been used and how it has been handled.

Please note that the Finnish Authorities require hallmarking only for silver items above 10 grams. Some silver pieces on the shop might not bear the hallmarking for aesthetic reasons, these items have been weighed and are below the 10 gram limit. All Viitasalla Design silver items are made of the products of the distinguished Art Clay Silver brand and are 999 fine silver unless stated otherwise in the description.
