Sessions can be conducted in Finnish or English, with the option to meet in Tapiola in Espoo.

You don’t need a referral for Short-term Therapy.

Typically, individuals have 5-20 sessions weekly or biweekly, but this can vary significantly depending on your specific needs and life circumstances.
