A 3 hour on site Team Training based on the Narrative Big Five Assessments in Helsinki Metropolitan Area. A Training could be in Finnish or English. Everyone learns something new about herself and also something about other team members's natural ways of acting. That improves transparency, understanding and trust in teamwork.

You can continue after this Team Training with a Team Development Workshop and do some assignments between the sessions to support your development. Also a 60 min virtual or on site Design Meeting with a team leader is possible before Team Training or every Team Development Workshop in Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
