The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (e.g. event tickets).
Thus, all workshop and event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Merchandise has a 14-day withdrawal period. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
