Qigong is a traditional Chinese exercising form, similar to taiqi and yoga in its soft and tranquil movements.

In our relaxed introduction course the participants learn the basics of our school's qigong exercise routine, along with a variety of breathing and stretching exercises.

The course is taught in English by experienced qigong instructor Carolin Koss. Teaching is on four consecutive Thursdays from 5pm to 6pm 13.2.-5.3.2020.
