Delivery terms of the TestLogger Oy online store (TestLogger Store).

TestLogger Oy sells products and services in their online store (TestLogger Store) to individuals of full age, worldwide. When ordering from the online store, the customer is required to read through and commit to the delivery terms valid at the time.
The price of a product is the price displayed in our online store in euros (EUR) at the time of ordering. VAT (24%) is included in the product prices. The prices are valid until further notice or for a specified period of time. Shipping costs are not included in the prices. They are determined during the ordering process, based on the delivery method chosen and paid for by the customer. The actual product colour may differ slightly from the images shown on the website due to technical reasons, such as lighting, the monitor’s display etc.
Placing an order in the online store does not require registration. Products are chosen by adding them to the shopping cart. When ordering products, you are required to provide the information marked mandatory. You will be responsible for ensuring that the personal details and other information provided is correct and complete.
Our accepted payment methods include the following Finnish banks: Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Nordea, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, POP Pankki, Oma Säästöpankki. The accepted credits cards are Visa and MasterCard.
All data related to the payment transaction is transmitted via an encrypted connection, and the payment card details are not stored in our online systems. The payee of your online order is Paytrail Oyj, who then transfers the money to the merchant, i.e. TestLogger Oy.
Once you have paid online and the payment has been validated, an order confirmation will be emailed to you and the order will proceed to the processing and delivery stage. Make sure that you check the order confirmation. You should contact us immediately if there are any questions or complaints about the confirmation. If for some reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you of this as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse orders for justified reasons.
As a general rule, orders are delivered in accordance with the method of transport selected / paid for by the customer in the online store. We reserve the right to change the delivery method if the situation so requires.
Delivery time for items in stock is 1 - 5 working days from the time we have received payment for the order. The delivery time for presale products may vary from product to product – more information can be found in the product information and by contacting our customer service.
In case an order includes products both in stock and on presale, the order will generally not be delivered until all products are in stock.
We will notify the customer of any possible changes to the delivery times (e.g. a product is temporarily out of stock due to excessive demand).
Upon receiving the delivery, you are responsible for immediately checking that the delivery contains all the ordered products and that they are intact and otherwise in immaculate condition. Please contact our customer service if a product is faulty or does not match the order.
Parcels damaged or lost during delivery must immediately be reported to the transportation company responsible for the delivery.
As an online store customer you have a 14-day right to exchange or return the product in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. You must submit a notice of withdrawal to our customer service before returning an item / items. At the same time, you will be given instructions on how to return the item(s).
The 14-day right of withdrawal for online store purchases does not restrict you from invoking a defect after that period of time. In case you have received a faulty or a wrong product, we will be responsible for the cost of returning the faulty product etc. in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Exception to the withdrawal right Products that have been manufactured or modified as per the buyer’s requirements, or products that are intended clearly for personal use, are not subject to the distance selling 14-day right of withdrawal.
The paid purchase price will be refunded to the consumer customer within 14 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation. TestLogger Oy has the right to refrain from refunding payments until the item(s) have been returned or the customer has proven that they have sent the product back.
If a returned product is substantially changed, soiled or damaged, TestLogger Oy has the right to charge a sum equivalent to the decrease in value of the product. If the product is no longer in a saleable condition due to use, we can refuse to refund the product purchase price altogether.
TestLogger Oy is not responsible for the delay, if the shipment is delayed or cannot be delivered due to reasons resulting from the customer (e.g. the customer has given incorrect contact information / has not notified us of the changed contact information / is not present at the agreed delivery time and cannot be reached).
If a customer fails to collect their package by the deadline, the package will be returned to us. We will charge a regular delivery fee for the possible re-shipment of the package. The mere failure to collect a package is not considered a notice of cancellation.
TestLogger Oy grants a one (1) year warranty for all of their products. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Under the warranty period, TestLogger Oy undertakes – as per their choosing – to repair, replace or refund products, which after inspection are deemed to have manufacturing or material faults that significantly impair the usability of the product. Replacing the product or a part with a new one under the warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
We strive to serve our customers in the best way possible. If we are unable to resolve a possible dispute by negotiating, the customer has the right to refer possible disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board for processing. Any disputes are subject to the laws of Finland and jurisdiction is determined by the Finnish law.
The TestLogger Store is not liable for damages caused by force majeure circumstances.
Due to changes in legislation and the development of services, we reserve the right to revise our delivery terms and conditions.
