Tilattavat tuotteet valitaan verkkokaupassa lisäämällä ne ostoskoriin. Tilaus lähetetään maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö. Tehdessäsi tilauksen hyväksyt nämä toimitusehdot, tuotteiden hinnat sekä toimituskulut. Mikäli tilaushetkellä annetaan sähköpostiosoite, tilauksesta lähetetään tilausvahvistus sähköpostitse. Tilausvahvistuksesta ilmenevät tilatut tuotteet sekä hinta.

Toimituskulut Suomessa ovat 7,99 €, EU:ssa 17.99 € ja EU:n ulkopuolella 39.99 €.

Toimitamme tilaukset Postin välityksellä. Kirjekokoiset toimitukset tulevat suoraan postiluukkuun. Tilaus toimitetaan valitsemaasi noutopisteeseen. Saat saapumisilmoituksen, kun tilaus on noudettavissa valitsemastasi Postin noutopisteestä.

Tilauksia postitetaan arkipäivisin. Tuotteet toimitetaan pääsääntöisesti noin 14 vuorokauden sisällä maksun vastaanottamisesta.

Verkkokaupan asiakkaalla on kuluttajansuojalain mukainen 14 vuorokauden vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Asiakkaalla on oikeus vaihtaa tai palauttaa osa tai kaikki tilauksen tuotteet. Palautettavat tai vaihdettavat tuotteet tulee olla alkuperäispakkauksessa ja myyntikuntoisia. Asiakas maksaa palautuksesta aiheutuvat kulut.
