We collect personal data for the purpose of managing the customer relationship. The legal basis for processing personal data is the contract between the customer and the seller, as well as the statutory obligations arising from it. Providing personal data is a prerequisite for entering into the contract. In other words, the customer cannot place an order in our online store without providing the required personal data. We also collect personal data for marketing purposes. The legal basis for this processing is consent.
We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making concerning our customers.
The processing of personal data complies with the requirements set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the register. In addition, some data may be stored for a longer period to the extent required to meet statutory obligations, such as accounting and consumer trade responsibilities.
We disclose personal data only to partners involved in transportation and payment services, to ensure the functioning of our online store and the delivery of products.
