Welcome to our early morning Vinyasa Yoga class! Six-weeks of gentle but energising yoga to prepare you for the day and gather eneregy for the rest of the week. Suitable for all levels of practitioners, no previous experience of yoga is needed.

The classes are held in English, taught by Ale Sánchez-Soto.

The style is easy, waking up our bodies and energizing them for the day, and for what's coming in the rest of the week. We will start the class with Kumbhaka Pranayama (breathing and retention) to improve our oxygenation and concentration power. Then we will do some smooth stretching to finish waking up, jump into a flowy repetitive sequence (Vinyasa) to get our energy up and a few asanas to strengthen our core, hamstrings and glutes. Let’s combat sitting for hours! We finish our class with our beloved Savasana and the intention to have a great day ahead.
