Welcome to our early morning Vinyasa Yoga class!

The style is easy going to wake our bodies and energise them for the day and what’s coming in the week. We will start the class with Kumbhaka Pranayama (breathing and retention) to improve our oxygenation and concentration power. Then we will do some smooth stretching to finish waking up, jump into a flowy repetitive sequence (Vinyasa) to get our energy up and a few asanas to strengthen our core, hamstrings and glutes. Let’s combat sitting for hours! We finish our class with our beloved Savasana and the intention to have a great day ahead.

The class is held in English by Ale Sánchez Soto. You don't need to have any previous experience in yoga. Mats, belts and blocks are provided by the studio.
