The class begins with focused body movement exercises to develop isolations, fluidity, coordination, and rhythm. You will work on posture, core activation, balance, and controlled weight transfers to build a strong technical foundation.
Spinning technique is practiced with special attention to alignment, spotting, balance, and efficient use of momentum. Exercises help you gain stability, cleaner turns, and greater confidence in both single and multiple spins.
The session also includes body maintenance elements such as mobility work, joint activation, and muscle strengthening to prevent injuries and support long-term progress. The class finishes with guided stretching to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance recovery.
