2-Week Detox (coaching)

The English version of 2-Week Detox Coaching. You can choose a fruit cleanse, smoothie detox or juice fast.

All fasting and detox coaching packs are individual protocols with two coaches. Your coaches will be me - Lilla - and my partner Kelsang, who has particularly heavy experience and expertise related to fasting. Together we offer professional, reliable and comprehensive online coaching. All detox coaching packs include an interview, goal setting and talking via messages or video calls, personalized detox plans, recipes, nutrient information, herbal tincture and supplementation suggestions — all this as files into your email.
