Target audience: Sports physiotherapists and S&C coaches in sprint-based team sports. Much of the content is also highly relevant for track & field sprint coaches, and even personal trainers will benefit from new approaches for their clients.
Description: This package gives you the complete Level 1 & 2 certification.
Day 1 (Level 1) builds the foundation in anatomy, ROM, strength, and injury risk reduction.
Day 2 (Level 2) advances into sprint mechanics and injury profiling based on movement, with the highlight being live sprint profiling using advanced equipment.
While Level 2 can be taken alone, it is highly advised to complete Level 1 first for the best learning progression.

Day 1 – Level 1

10:30–10:45 — Break
10:45–11:30 — Range of motion theory
11:30–12:30 — Lunch break
12:30–13:30 — Range of motion training and alternatives
13:30–14:45 — Strength training theory, programming, and recovery methods
14:45–17:00 — Strength training testing and training
Day 2 – Level 2
08:00–08:30 — Sprint mechanical output theory
08:30–10:00 — Sprint technique & lumbopelvic control theory
10:00–10:30 — Break and warm up
10:30–11:30 — Sprint profiling in practice (FV-profile, running technique phenotype)
11:30–12:30 — Lunch break (1 hour)
12:30–15:15 — Interpretation and training based on the results
15:15–15:45 — Final Q&A and diplomas
