Target audience: Designed for S&C coaches and sports physiotherapists interested in sprint mechanics and injury profiling based on movement. Also highly relevant for track & field sprint coaches.
Description: Day 2 dives into sprint mechanical output, sprint technique, and lumbopelvic control. A central feature is injury risk profiling through movement analysis, linking mechanics to performance and robustness. The highlight is live sprint profiling: analyzing pre-selected participants in real time with advanced equipment, and showing how to make training decisions from the results.
π You donβt need Level 1 to attend Level 2, but itβs highly recommended for the best learning progression.
