Description: Level 1 builds a strong foundation in hamstring performance and injury risk reduction, combining anatomy, range of motion, programming, recovery methods, and applied strength testing.

10:30–11:15 — Range of motion theory
11:15–12:15 — Lunch break
12:15–13:15 — Practice: Range of motion training and alternatives
13:15–14:45 — Strength training theory, programming, and recovery methods
14:45–17:00 — Practice: Strength training, testing and training (+ certificates) The final part also includes isometric testing for day 2 (Hip, Knee, Ankle)
