Peruutusehdot
Ei peruuttamisoikeutta tapahtumalipuille. Kuluttajansuojalain 6 luvun 16 §:n 1 momentin 11 kohdan mukaan etämyynnin 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeus ei koske vapaa-ajan palveluja, jotka on sovittu suoritettavaksi tiettynä ajankohtana. Tapahtumaliput ovat tällaisia palveluja. Ostettua lippua ei siksi voi peruuttaa eikä lipun hintaa palauteta, vaikka et pääsisikään tapahtumaan.
Lipun siirtäminen. Jos et pääse paikalle, voit siirtää lipun toiselle henkilölle. Ilmoita uuden osallistujan nimi meille sähköpostitse (iikkajarvenpaa@pm.me) viimeistään 24h ennen tapahtuman alkua.
Peruuntunut tai siirretty tapahtuma. Jos peruutamme tapahtuman, palautamme lipun hinnan samalle maksutavalle, jolla maksu on tehty, 14 päivän kuluessa peruutusilmoituksesta. Jos tapahtuma siirtyy toiseen ajankohtaan, lippu on voimassa uutena ajankohtana; voit vaihtoehtoisesti pyytää lipun hinnan palautusta 7 päivän kuluessa siirtoilmoituksesta. Muita kuluja (esim. matka- tai majoituskuluja) ei korvata.
Muut tuotteet. Jos myymme verkkokaupassa muita tuotteita kuin lippuja (esim. oheistuotteita), niihin sovelletaan 14 päivän peruuttamisoikeutta tavaran vastaanottamisesta. Peruuttamisesta ilmoitetaan sähköpostitse ja tuote palautetaan omalla kustannuksella 14 päivän kuluessa ilmoituksesta. Palautamme maksun 14 päivän kuluessa peruutusilmoituksesta.
Cancellation Policy
No right of withdrawal for event tickets. Under Chapter 6, Section 16(1)(11) of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal in distance selling does not apply to leisure services agreed for a specific date. Event tickets are such services. A purchased ticket therefore cannot be cancelled and is not refunded, even if you are unable to attend.
Transferring a ticket. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Email the new attendee's name to iikkajarvenpaa@pm.me no later than 24 hours before the event.
Cancelled or postponed event. If we cancel the event, we refund the ticket price to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation notice. If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date; alternatively you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement. Other costs (such as travel or accommodation) are not reimbursed.
Other products. If we sell products other than tickets (such as merchandise), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from receipt of the goods. Notify us by email and return the goods at your own cost within 14 days of your notice. We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice.
