Verkkokauppa

Perinnearkku ry myy tuotteita täysi-ikäisille yksityishenkilöille Suomeen ja EU-alueelle. Tuotteiden hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Pidätämme oikeuden hintojen ja toimituskulujen muutoksiin.

Tilaaminen

Tuotteet tilataan verkkokaupassa siirtämällä ne ostoskoriin ja maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkokaupan kassalla. Kaikki asiakastiedot käsitellään luottamuksellisesti. Tilauksen yhteydessä kysyttyjä yhteystietoja ei käytetä muuhun kuin tilauksen toimitukseen tai siinä ilmenevien epäselvyyksien selvittämiseen. Tilatessasi verkkokaupasta sinun edellytetään tutustuneen ja sitoutuneen kulloinkin voimassa oleviin toimitusehtoihin.

Maksaminen

Verkkokaupan maksujenvälityksen toteuttaa Holvi Payment Services Oy yhteistyössä pankkien ja luottolaitosten kanssa. Palvelun käyttö ei vaadi rekisteröitymistä tai lisämaksujen suorittamista. Holvi Payment Services Oy:llä on Finanssivalvonnan myöntämä maksulaitoksen toimilupa. Kaikki tiedonsiirto ja rahaliikenne on SSL-suojattu, eli kukaan ulkopuolinen voi nähdä tietojasi.
Maksusi kirjautuu välittömästi suoritetuksi kauppiaalle ja sähköpostiisi lähetetään vahvistusviesti Holvi.com:ilta. Jos tilasit pääsylippuja tai maksoit jäsenmaksun, viesti sisältää liitetiedoston, joka on esitettävä tapahtuman kassalla.

Maksutavat

Verkkopankkien verkkomaksupainikkeet

Voit maksaa tilauksen minkä tahansa suomalaisen pankin verkkomaksupainikkeen kautta. Kun käytössäsi on oman pankkisi antamat käyttäjätunnukset ja olet maksamassa nettiostoksiasi, siirryt verkkokauppamme sivuilta hetkeksi omaan pankkiisi ja maksat valitsemasi tuotteet suoraan omalta tililtäsi.

Korttimaksut (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard)

Maksukortilla maksaminen verkkokaupassamme on vaivatonta ja turvallista. Korttimaksamisesta verkkokaupassamme huolehtii Holvi Payment Services Oy. Maksutapahtuman aikana luottokorttitietoja käsitellään aina suojatussa verkkoyhteydessä. Korttinumeroita ei tallenneta verkkokaupan tai Holvi Payment Services Oy:n tietojärjestelmiin.

Tilaus- ja maksuvahvistus

Onnistuneen tilauksen jälkeen sähköpostiisi lähetetään tilausvahvistus. Vahvistusviestien lähettäminen edellyttää sähköpostiosoitteen antamista tilauksen yhteydessä.

Toimitustapa ja -kulut

Tilauksesi toimituskulut näet valittuasi maksu- ja toimitustavan. Tapahtumien pääsyliput ja jäsenyystodistukset toimitetaan ainoastaan sähköpostitse. Toimitamme fyysiset tuotteet kirjattuna (esim. postipaketit) tai kirjaamattomana toimituksena, joista kirjattuja lähetyksiä voi seurata lähetystunnuksella.

Toimitusaika

Yleisimmät toimitusaikamme Suomeen ovat tilauksesta ja toimitustavasta riippuen 7 päivää. Tarkemmat ajat ilmoitetaan tuotevaihtoehtojen yhteydessä. Emme vastaa ylivoimaisen esteen aiheuttamista viivästymisistä tai viivästysten aiheuttamista välillisistä haitoista. Poikkeavista toimitusajoista tiedotetaan verkkokaupan etusivulla.

Vaihto- ja palautusehdot

Tapahtumien pääsylipuilla ja jäsenmaksuilla ei ole vaihto- tai palautusoikeutta. Pääsylippujen osalta vain ns. force majeure –tapauksissa (sairaustapaus tai muuta vastaavaa) voit tiedustella lippuvaihtoa tai maksun palautusta ottamalla yhteyttä Perinnearkkuun.
Fyysisten tuotteiden osalta sinulla on Suomen kuluttajansuojalain mukainen oikeus vaihtaa tai palauttaa koko tilauksesi tai osa siitä 14 vuorokauden kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta. Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkauksessa olevia käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita.
Jos haluat palauttaa tai vaihtaa tuotteita tarkistusajan jälkeen, ole suoraan yhteydessä Perinnearkkuun.

Ongelmatilanteet

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut kuljetuksen aikana tai se ei muuten vastaa tilaustasi, tulee sinun ilmoittaa virheestä viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa Perinnearkulle. Jos paketti on vioittunut postissa, on tuotteesta tehtävä välittömästi reklamaatio postiin.

Perinnearkky ry sells products to private persons within Finland and the EU. All prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.

Placing an order

You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving issues with the order. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.

Paying for your order

The payment service between vendors and consumers is offered by Holvi Payment Services Oy in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. Holvi Payment Services Oy is an authorized payment institution supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA). All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information.
The vendor will be informed instantly after a successful payment, and you will receive a confirmation email from Holvi.com. If you ordered tickets or paid your membership fee, the email will contain an attachment, which has to be presented at the event.

Payment options

Online Bank Payments

You can pay for your order using any of the online payment buttons of Finnish banks. When you are using your online banking codes and paying via your online bank, you will be redirected for a while to your own online bank where you can pay for your order directly from your bank account.

Card Payments by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Business Eurocard

Paying with a credit or debit card is always easy and safe in our web store. Card payments in our webstore are provided by Holvi Payment Services Oy. During the transaction, all card information will be handled through a secure connection. Card numbers are not recorded in Holvi Payment Services Oy’s or the webstore’s systems.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.

Delivery and costs

The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered or unregistered mail, of which registered mail is trackable with a tracking code.

Delivery time

Our usual delivery times within Finland are 7 days depending on the order and delivery method. More specific delivery times will be stated on the product pages. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. We will notify our customers of any exceptions in delivery times on the front page of our web store.

Terms for product exchanges and returns

For membership fees and event tickets all sales are final. For event tickets, refunds or date exchanges can be considered in force majeure -cases.
For physical products, you have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing.
If you wish to return products after the inspection period is over, please notify the web store directly about a return.

Problem situations

In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
